I am a naturopathy and yoga physician dedicated to promoting natural, preventive, and lifestyle-based healthcare. My goal is to help people understand how simple changes in daily habits, nutrition, and natural practices can support better health and wellbeing.

My Journey
My journey into naturopathy began with a deep curiosity about how the body maintains health and how natural methods can support healing. During my studies and training in naturopathy and yoga, I discovered that many health problems are closely connected to lifestyle, stress, diet, and daily habits.
Learning about the principles of natural healthcare helped me understand the importance of prevention and balance. This inspired me to dedicate my work to helping others explore natural ways to improve their health and quality of life.


My Philosophy
I believe that true health is not just the absence of illness but a balanced state of physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Naturopathy and yoga both emphasize working with the body rather than against it. Instead of focusing only on symptoms, my approach encourages understanding the underlying factors that may be affecting health.
Through natural practices, lifestyle awareness, and education, people can gradually build healthier habits that support long-term wellbeing.

Qualifications

I hold a Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) and a Master’s degree in Yoga, which have provided me with a strong foundation in natural healthcare and holistic wellness practices.
My work also includes involvement in wellness education and guiding individuals who are interested in adopting healthier lifestyle practices based on naturopathy and yoga principles.

Every individual’s health journey is unique. When someone approaches me for guidance, I focus on understanding their lifestyle, health concerns, and daily habits.
